Refund policy

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

◼︎The meaning and origin of the kanji named in this service will not have any direct effect on your future. Please use this service for your cultural enjoyment.

◼︎Kanji characters used for naming are created by AI, which has studied a vast number of kanji characters and their history, based on the content of the questionnaire filled out at the time of purchase, and are finally checked by human hands. Therefore, even if the same information is provided, different kanji may be generated for each order.

◼︎We give priority to positive meanings and origins for the generated Kanji characters, and try to avoid negative images and unlucky Kanji characters as much as possible.

◼︎Once the Kanji characters have been generated, we will immediately start working on the product, so changes or cancellations of the generated Kanji characters cannot be accepted. Please understand this in advance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
