How do I receive the products? Do you ship internationally?
Items can be picked up at our store in Osaka (Japan) or shipped internationally. There is no charge for store pickup.
You can choose store pickup or shipping at checkout. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the delivery area and weight of the item.
Shipping is available to the following countries.
Japan, USA, UK, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Italy, UAE, Russia, Turkey, India, Australia, New Zealand, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, Argentina, Columbia, and Bangladesh.
For countries other than those listed above, only store pickup is an option.
How many days does it take to receive my order?
Varies depending on the product.
For store pickup, you will receive your order in 1~7 days after ordering.
Please note that it takes time to create a product with a different name for each customer.
"Kanji Name Creation Service SYARAKU (PDF data)” and ""Kanji Name Creation Service SYARAKU (PDF data)”" can be received within 24 hours.
3~7 days for domestic delivery until receipt. International delivery takes 7~14 days.
Stickers, badges, and T-shirts are products that can be delivered and received relatively quickly.
In some cases, store pickup is available on the same day. (Depends on order status).
In addition, we also have original products at the store that use common Kanji characters instead of personal names, so you can purchase them on the spot.
I would like to give it as a gift, can you make a Kanji name for someone other than myself?
Of course.
On the product page, there is a section called “Create a new name” that you can enter and purchase. Also, we can even create another name for you.
I will only be in Osaka for a few days so I don't know if I can pick it up at the store. what's up?
Please purchase online before arriving in Osaka.
It is safe to allow 3 days~one week.
If you can't make it in time, we also offer international shipping, so please select shipping when you purchase.
What are the store's hours of operation?
Available for pickup from 10:00~18:00.
